UK orders can be sent either via the following options:

Royal Mail 48 / 1-2 working days / £5 *free for orders over £60

DPD Next Day Delivery (Mon-Fri) / £7.50

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (Weekday Delivery £10 & Saturday Delivery £15)

If your order is placed before 1pm on a weekday it will be dispatched the same day.*

We have found that shipping to UAE can be challenging with items often being rejected at customs. After looking into ways we can make this process easy we have come across Amarex. Amarex's Shop & Ship service seem to be able to ship items from the UK into the UAE much more smoothly. Click here for a full how to guide.

As a kind reminder we have no control over whether your country and their customs department will charge tax and duty fees. This is to be paid by you, the customer & will not be refunded/covered by us if you return the shoes either.

We advise ordering at least a week before you are needing your order to allow time for customs clearance etc.

Please be aware by selecting Fedex you will might have to pay customs, duty and tax upon your orders arrival.

Your shipping fee is determined by which ‘Zone’ you are in the Fedex system. Prices start from £25.

KOMPAK is not responsible for lost packages. Please take any issues up with the delivery provider.

You can track your parcel via the tracking link sent to you in your shipping confirmation email.

If a lost parcel is found and returned to us by the delivery provider we will then issue a refund to you.

Please do make yourself aware of our terms and conditions before placing your order.

We offer free UK delivery for all orders over £60 if ordered before 1pm.

*Deliveries that include personalized items such as robes, pre-orders or marketplace items which incur longer dispatch times. Please see each product description for ETAs.

Here we have two options… We can either refund your order OR we can re-send your order to you for the extra delivery cost. As a small business unfortunately we cannot cover these costs.
