We have found that shipping from the UK to UAE can be challenging with items often being rejected at customs. After looking into ways we can make this process easy we have come across Amarex.

Please allow 2-3 weeks when ordering a personalised robe with either 1 or 2 lines of text.

If you need your robe sooner than this, you MUST let us know ASAP so we can see if a faster turnaround is possible for you.

It is the customers responsibility to check if this is a suitable turnaround timeframe as unfortunately we cannot check the show dates on all orders.

Don’t worry girl, we’ve got you! We have a wide (no pun intended!) variety of heels available for all types of feet. Read our blog post here for the down low on all things wide, narrow and standard fitting heels. Or click here to shop our wide fit section or here for a narrow fit section.

For some styles, yes we do! Please check the specific product descriptions for further clarification or drop us a message and we can help advise you what shoes we have available in your size. As these sizes are less common, we don’t always have them ready to go at the unit. However, we will be able to add them to our re-stock order specifically for you.

Please measure your foot from heel to the tip of your big toe & compare this against the style-specific guide on each product page to ensure that you are selecting the right size. ALL shoes are sold in UK SIZES (This includes The Shoe Fairy).

Please be aware that some heels may have slight imperfections such as a missing gem (we provide extra diamantes in case this happens!). However, all heels must pass multiple inspections before they are released from the supplier & shipped to us. Minor imperfections such as a missing gem, tiny glue mark or stencil guidelines on the sole may be present, however they do not affect the quality/overall appearance of the heel & they have passed the inspections for this reason. Therefore we cannot accept a heel as ‘faulty’ under these circumstances. This, of course, does not affect your statutory rights to return the heels for a new pair.

Unfortunately no system is perfect, so some genuine faults may sometimes slip through the system & make their way to us. Therefore any faults will be fairly reviewed on a case by case basis. Please send us an email via our query form here with all of the details, your order number & attached photos of the fault for us to review. If they have arrived faulty you MUST send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order.

As a feature The Shoe Fairy heels have soft pliable plastic. This is designed to mould to your feet for the most comfortable fit, therefore they may feel very tight when you first try them on. You will need to ‘break’ them in to initially loosen the plastic. You can do this by wearing your heels with thick white socks or by applying a little heat with a hairdryer & popping the heels on. Please read our blog here for more information regarding how to do this.

Don’t stress! The insole of the heels are made specifically to be easily cleaned. Simply wipe them clean with warm water and soap in just 60 seconds. It dries instantly and they will look brand new!
