1. INTRODUCTION
www.kompak.store (referred to as the "Website") is owned by KOMPAK Ltd. Company registration number 11163153.
By placing an order on this website you agree to the Terms and Conditions as stated below.
2. PLACING AN ORDER
- Add the products you want on our website to your basket
- Ensure you select the correct size and style before adding these items to your basket
- Ensure you add all the relevant information if you are purchasing a customizable item such as (but not limited to) a backstage robe, bikini suit, or posing trunks.
- Once you have added all items you would like to purchase, confirm and state whether you need to add any additional notes so assist us with processing your order.
- Once the above has been done, proceed to checkout
- You must provide billing, shipping, email addresses and all other required details accurately
- You as the customer are responsible for paying any customs or taxes relating to your order. We have no control over this, this is dictated by your country and government’s customs department.
- Review the order before you complete the purchase
- Submit your order and you will receive a confirmation via the email address you provided at checkout.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATIONS
If you have placed an order with us, we may contact you via text, call or email regarding your order depending on what methods of communication you have selected as your preference. This is likely to occur if you have, for example, placed an order with us and your show is less than two weeks away.
All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by us, KOMPAK. We may choose not to accept your order at our own discretion. Examples of when we may not accept your order are as follows:
If your order is not able to be fulfilled i.e. by the show day date you have selected
If products are shown on the website but are not available;
If we are unable to obtain authorization of your payment;
If shipping restrictions apply to a product;
If products shown on the Website contain a manifest error such as being incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described;
Suspected fraudulent activities.
We could not deliver to the address provided by yourself
Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
Because as we start to process your order as soon as it is submitted, it is not possible to cancel your order.
In the unlikely circumstance, we’d be unable to fulfill your order for whatever reason, an email will be sent to the address supplied by yourself when you placed the order explaining the issue that may have arose and a proposed plan of action.
Remember to check your basket and delivery information to ensure your order is correct before pressing the ‘Place Your Order’ button, as we may not be able to amend your order once it has been submitted.
KOMPAK cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following:
Customs, service strikes, pandemics, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks, the incorrect delivery address being provided.
4. QUALITY AND MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS
Minor differences in colour and other variations in products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. On the extremely rare occasions due to lack of stock we may swap your product with a suitable alternate, e.g. Dry Shampoo, Mouthwash. If a customer is not satisfied with the swap then KOMPAK will happily allow a refund or exchange.
If you have brought a second-hand bikini suit or posing shoes from the KOMPAK Marketplace, upon successful delivery of your item, you have 1 week (7 days) to notify us of any issues relating to your item. Any issues raised after this time unfortunately KOMPAK is not able to intervene, refund or resolve. Please note this is only if the item is not as described. Marketplace orders are otherwise non refundable.
KOMPAK is not liable for these variations and deviations.
KOMPAK is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect handling of products, including handling contrary to the instructions.
KOMPAK is not responsible for any reactions of any sort as a result of using any KOMPAK product(s). If in the unlikely event that any irritation(s) does occur then we advise the customer to discontinue use.
KOMPAK will not accommodate replacing or refunding orders which have broken or snapped if an order was delivered over 90 days ago, this includes but is not limited to posing shoes, competition jewellery, pre-stage, tanning and backstage essentials.
5. PRICE AND CURRENCY
All prices quoted at the payment stage are in Great British Pound (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).
KOMPAK reserves the right to change prices at any given time without any pre-warning, further discussion or explanation. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the new revised price.
KOMPAK reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time, including promotional codes and gift cards. Including the right to adjust the price of any product at any given time without further discussion or explanation.
Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered.
Prices and conversion rates may apply across countries.
6. PROMOTIONS, OFFERS, & DISCOUNT CODES
Only one discount code can be used per order unless an automatic discount is applicable where two discount codes are acceptable.
KOMPAK reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without any further discussion.
Usage of discount codes are subject to stock availability.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders made on the KOMPAK website are created, packaged, and dispatched from KOMPAK HQ, based in Long Crendon, UK, to the shipping address you provide at the checkout stage, orders are dispatched and delivered on business days; excluding bank holidays and national holidays.
We aim to despatch most orders within a couple of days. However, due to fluctuation in order volumes, this is not always possible. If this was to arise and causes a substantial delay, you will be contacted personally by a member of our team. This also depends on how far out you order from your show. Items that might not be able to be dispatched within this timeframe are custom robes, posing shoes, and items in the KOMPAK Marketplace. A full breakdown of delivery timeframes can be found in the ‘delivery section’ of our website.
Next Day delivery does not automatically mean your order will arrive next day. I.e. if your order is placed after 1PM, during busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas or if your order has been placed on a back order.
Any international orders may be subject to customs charges. These charges are not quoted at checkout and are entirely out of our control. You as the buyer are responsible for paying for these customs promptly. If your order gets returned back to us due to not paying these charges, you the buyer will be required to pay additional delivery fees.
If your order gets returned back to us i.e. unclaimed parcel, parcel not picked up at local depot for example, and you wish to cancel your order. Please be aware that upon cancelling the order we will kindly reserve the right to withhold £5 for UK parcels and £15-25 for International to cover the postage costs incurred when your parcel was first sent out.
KOMPAK cannot be made responsible for lost orders. Or any issues with international orders relating to customs. If this occurs, please contact your local carrier and/or local customs office for further assistance. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival
KOMPAK cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery, including but not limited to the following;
Any incorrect customer details, customs clearance, inventory levels, national or private strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, pandemics, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names which appear on KOMPAK products, product packaging and/or on the Website, whether registered or not (the “Trade Marks”) remain the exclusive property of KOMPAK. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any of the Trade Marks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the Website WITHOUT gaining consent OR making citations clear and know. Any evidence of this breach, then KOMPAK are in their legal right to take the appropriate action necessary.
10. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
Your data is treated with respect and privacy is of our top priority.
In line with Squarespace procedures and policies, your customer data is kept securely and is never shared with third-parties.

11. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The use of this Website as well as any purchase agreement between you and us, will be subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions on this page at the time you place an order or browse our website.
